I’ve been purchasing many of my car detailing needs from The Detail Store, from polishing pads and clay lubricant to drying cloths and sponges, and I couldn’t be happier. The quality of the products is excellent, and the turnaround time from ordering to delivery has been outstanding. I was especially impressed over the Christmas break—when I fully expected delays—but my order was delivered within days. That level of service really stands out. Products are amazing, great range to use. Very reliable store as I see myself getting most of my products and tools from the detail store. Shipping also comes in within a week of ordering, again very satisfied and happy with my purchases.

The Detail Store is a fantastic place to purchase all your detailing needs, whether a professional, hobbyist or someone looking to get started with taking care of your car. I've ordered many times from The Detail Store and always had a great experience. There was a time when a item was missing from my order but the problem was quickly resolved with the missing item sent and received very quickly thanks to the help of Nisha.

Highly recommended. Good brands and prices. But their communication and customer service is why I am so impressed. I had two ‘not (immediately) great’ experiences where their reactions won them major brownie points. First they accidentally sent the wrong item after a major sale time. These things happen. But their communication and support, and express posting of my item, was stellar. Also, I was not happy with a product and in my view it was an arguable aust consumer law return. They responded within a few business hours with a detailed reply demonstrating they had considered my points. It was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction (even if not what I originally proposed). I should particularly thank Sean for his brilliant customer service. Also their sign up/subscriber email list gives links to some genuinely useful and interesting content that isn’t just trying to direct traffic to their website. Finally, while I haven’t needed to use it, they have an add insurance option in the order process which includes stolen and arrived damaged items. Presuming the term of the policy are reasonable, this is a great idea as oz post’s inherent coverage for instance tops out at $500. I usually have to call other stores (of any type of goods) to organise when I am paying over $500 and they are always surprised I think it’s necessary. And it’s a major time suck. So - good one Detail Store! I will definitely be a returning customer.

One of the best Detail Stores around. Always excellent service despite no store front. Always get my Brake Buster fix from these lads and honestly this stuff is the best tire cleaner I’ve tried. Epic stuff.
